Symantec SES Agent version is not latest after upgrade, patch version is missing

Issue/Introduction

The customer was running SEP14.3 RU8. We are now in the process of upgrading to SEP14.3 RU9.

From the documentation, we can see that there is Symantec Agent version 14.3 RU9 Patch 1 (14.3.11232.9000).

When we go into ICDM and download the latest SEP14.3 RU9 package, it is not there. We can only see "14.3 RU9 / 14.3.11216.9000".

When we upgrade the agents, they are upgraded from the current version to SEP14.3 RU9 (14.3.11213.9000) which was released in July 17 2024. 

 

Why is this the case, Why are the machines not being upgraded to the latest version on the Symantec Agent (14.3 RU9 Patch 1), which was released on the 18th February 2025?

Resolution

14.3 RU9 patch 1 is available for AutoUpgrade, but not direct downloads. Confirmed with PM and we've never posted the Patched versions to direct downloads, only AU.
