Windows clustering fails on esxi 8.0 hosts

Issue/Introduction
- After migrating the MSCS VMs to 8.x hosts, the disks do not appear online in Windows clustering.
- No issues are observed when the VMs are running on ESXi 6.5 or 6.7 hosts.
- This issue is observed specifically with shared disks that have the multi-writer flag enabled.
Environment
vSphere Esxi 7.0
vSphere Esxi 8.0
Cause
Starting with ESXi 7.0 and later, the multi-writer flag is no longer supported on MSCS virtual machines using shared disks.
