Issue/Introduction

Error occured when calling methods from PatchWorkflowSvc ASDK service.

Error:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: General exception occured on server ---> Altiris.Database.DatabaseContextRetryFailureException: Creating new task execution instance: failed all retries (1) ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ExecutedBy', table '*****.dbo.TaskInstanceExecutionInfo'; column does not allow nulls.
