vSphere replication is attempting to establish connection to ESXI hosts that were in the maintenance mode

Issue/Introduction

ESXI hosts have been in the maintenance mode.
vSphere replication is presenting the error message, "vSphere Replication Management Server could not establish connection to vSphere Replication Server at '##.##.##.##:443'.

vSphere Replication 8.x and above
ESXI 8.x and above

Cause

It's an expected behavior as the host no longer distribute to the cluster because it is in the maintenance mode. 

Resolution

Exit the hosts from maintenance mode.
