When affected URLs are tested using the Symantec Site Review tool, the following error may appear: "Submission Error - Site entered is invalid". This confirms that some of the problematic URLs are broken or malformed, typically due to formatting issues

Confirm that the URL is complete, correctly formatted, and uses a valid TLD.

Use https://sitereview.bluecoat.com/#/ to verify how the URL is interpreted externally.
Compare Against Categorized URLs
If other URLs are categorized successfully in the same environment, the issue is likely limited to specific malformed URLs.
Escalate When Valid URLs Fail
