Issue/Introduction

Duplicate costs appear in OLAP reporting and FlexReports due to the old billing block not being deleted after a partner customer moves payer accounts from one old biling block to a new billing block. 

Resolution

To prevent duplication, be sure to delete the old billing block once the desired payer accounts are moved to the new billing block.
