Monitor Virtual Service in the Portal does not display any VSE's

Issue/Introduction

In Devtest Portal, click on Virtual Services, then Monitor Virtual Service. Nothing is displayed. The Registry Server and VSE Servers were rebooted after a recent upgrade, but still nothing. 

All the VSE services are displayed in the Server Health Monitor. 

Environment

Devtest 10.8.0 and newer

Cause

Mixing of Component Versions. 

Registry is on 10.8.0  while some of the VSE's are still on 10.7.2sp2

Resolution

The Registry and all the underlying components must belong to the same release. Mixing component versions under a registry is not supported.
