Agent is generating Internal Events similar to

Internal error reported from computer: Potential deadlock: Expirations[XX] SoftDeadlocks[YY] BlockedTime[16531ms] Process[\device\harddiskvolume3\program files (x86)\application\application.exe]

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Resolution

These Events can generally be ignored, as the agent uses them to identify long-running calls from active processes. 
However, if these events are accompanied by high CPU and resource utilization by the Parity.exe process, then this might be an indicator of a potential performance issue.
