Export feature greyed out in the Scheduled Job section for an account in with specific backup permissions

Issue/Introduction

Despite adding user permissions to an Management Center (MC) admin account that allows for device backups, under Scheduled jobs - All operations and Backup Image - All operations, the admin user is still seeing the Import and Export buttons greyed out:

Cause

Unable to assign ONLY Import and Export permissions in Jobs to an admin user in Management Center

Resolution

You cannot assign Import and Export permissions ONLY for Jobs to an admin user in MC to perform device backups. Full access is required for the user:

"All Objects - All operations"

"Scheduled jobs - All operations"

There is NO way to assign specific "Import" and "Export" permission without giving elevated access to an admin user.
