1.vMotion operation may fail with below error on vCenter UI

Cause: Module VMMon power on failed. ####-##-##T##:##:##.####### The VM failed to resume on the destination during early power on."
2. Adding or attaching disk to VM operation fails below errors on vCenter UI.
A general system error occurred: Error creating disk Invalid argument File system specific implementation of Ioctl[file] failed.
VMware vSAN (All versions).
This issue is caused due to expired license on the VSAN cluster with running on expired evaluation license.
If the cluster lacks valid vSAN licenses operations like vMotion , add disk, VM power ON task etc may fail. You must assign a license to a vSAN cluster before its evaluation period expires, or its currently assigned license expires.
Assign valid license to the cluster before the evaluation period expires.
Click vSAN Cluster -> Configure ->vSAN cluster -> If the license shows expired -> Click Assign license and select correct license and assign for the cluster.
