Cause

The third line of the alert email it reads:

Manager: NSXT_######.###.##.com

which identifies that the error message is actually coming from the NSX Manager, indicating that the NSX Manager cannot reach the Aria Operations for Networks Platform VM.

The ultimate cause of an inability for an NSX Manager to reach an Aria Operations for Networks platform VM is due to issues in the physical network. 

 

Resolution

This is not Aria Operations for Network product issue.

Investigate any issues that may have occurred in the physical network/datacenter network around the same time the alert message occurred in Aria Operations for Networks.
