Issue with dashboard sharing, error " Unable to open Page"

Issue/Introduction

 When opening the generated link, the following error appears: "Unable to open the page." Even when opening the link in a different browser or in incognito mode, the issue persists.

Aria Operations 

Resolution

When a user logs into Aria Operations with a non-admin account and shares a dashboard via URL, the shared link fails to load as expected. Instead, users are presented with the error message: "Unable to open the page".

In contrast, when the same dashboard is shared using an admin account, the shared URL functions correctly and the dashboard loads as intended.
