NSX version update within SDDC Manager does not occur after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Problem issues

• An SDDC-managed upgrade of NSX experiences an error that is only in the SDDC interface
• The upgrade is completed via the NSX GUI instead
• After re-syncing NSX to the SDDC manager the NSX version is not updated inside the SDDC manager

This will require a manual push of the NSX version to the SDDC manager.
