How to Whitelist CloudHealth's IP Addresses

Issue/Introduction

For an extra layer of security, customers may choose to whitelist CloudHealth's IP addresses. Customers who currently restrict IPs for any collection APIs must add these new CloudHealth IP addresses to their whitelists to ensure cloud asset & cost data collection is uninterrupted.

Resolution

For security reasons, customers are asked to open a support ticket to request the IP addresses and confirm when they have been added to the organization's whitelist.

Please note that IP addresses may change in the future due to platform and network re-architecture. It is important to notify our support team when these IP addresses have been whitelisted as our team will reach out to advise of any IP addresses changes that need to be updated. 

Any IP address changes will also be made aware to all customers on the Broadcom Service Status page https://status.broadcom.com/
