Resolution
As of the writing of this KB article (April 2025), the CA Service Management Service Point Mobile APP does not currently support SiteMinder for SSO.
This enhancement is on the Product and Engineering roadmap to be delivered in a future release of the CA Service Management Service Point Mobile APP.
Currently there is no ETA as to when this enhancement will be delivered.
