All these jobs have one thing in common, they all are using tape
MIM for z/OS 12.5 using the MIA component of MIM which provides integrity when sharing tape devices among systems or CPU images
The GTALOCAL enqueue resource RNAME is used to identify the process involved in the intercept wait condition. The current RNAME in use is Waiting_For_Device_Group_Locks
In this case, the resource is locked on at least one system :
Issue either an ANALYZE or a DIAGNOSE command used by the MIA component to find the enqueue. Both are described in the MIM 12.5 documentation. The ANALYZE is found under the (MIA) ANALYZE Command -Analyze and Display Delay Information while the DIAGNOSE is found under the Troubleshoot MIA problems
The customer used an F MIM, DIAGNOSE SYSTEMS command to find the enqueue and clear it.
Another form that can be used is an F MIM, DIAGNOSE ALL for more detail if needed.
