Sensor Update job has zero sensors assigned and stuck "initializing" status

Issue/Introduction

The Carbon Black Cloud console will not allow any new sensor update jobs to be created because there is an existing job stuck in "initializing" status with zero sensors assigned.

Resolution

Escalate to Carbon Black Support for additional assistance to remove the problem sensor upgrade job from the backend.
