After upgrading to SEP 14.3 RU10 the user was not able to initiate scanning a file by right clicking the file and choosing the option to Scan for Viruses....
The option is there and not grayed out, when the customer clicks the option, nothing happens.
The customer was testing with Windows 10 and 11, and Server 2019. The issue only happened on Windows 10 and 11.
The issue was resolved after performing cleanwipe and reinstalling SEP
