NSX alarm timestamp does not match the timezone configuration.

Issue/Introduction

• Within the NSX User Interface, the Timezone setting is configured (e.g. UTC+4)
  • System > Fabric > Profiles > Node Profiles > Overview
• From within the NSX Manager or Edge node the get clock command returns the configured timezone.

• Within the NSX User Interface, the timestamp present on an NSX Alarm does not match the configured timezone.
• The timestamp of the alarm matches the local machine time.

Resolution

This is expected behaviour. The timestamp specified in an NSX Alarm aligns to the local machine on which the NSX Manager is accessed.
