Triggered alerts for VMware Cloud Director Tenants are not visible in Aria Operations UI

Issue/Introduction

• 'For VCD Tenants' option was enabled under the Alert definition. For ex:
  
  
  
  
• Users may receive notifications for tenant-scoped alerts (e.g., via third-party portals or email), but the corresponding alerts do not appear on the main Alert Dashboard or the Object-specific Alerts Tab by default.
  
  
  
  
• These alerts were listed only under the Aria Operations plugin VCD tenant

Cause

Alerts for VCD tenants are disabled by default under the view filter in Aria Operations

Resolution

To list VCD tenant alerts in Aria Operations UI, please perform the following actions:

1. From Aria Operations UI, navigate to alerts 
2. Edit the view filter, enable 'For VCD Tenants' option to list VCD tenant alerts in Aria Operations UI
