Spectrum Windows - Tomcat process continuously restarting when running/stopped - Process Daemon not running.

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum tomcat continuously restarting. Even set to manual and Spectrum Process Daemon is stopped in services.msc

Checking $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stdout.log, log is overwritten every time service restarts.

Cause

Check for any antivirus/security software that may cause this.

In this instance, Zabbix was causing this behaviour

Resolution

Disable/remove Zabbix or other antivirus/security software from server. Or Whitelist the Spectrum/Oneclick application so the 3rd party software does not have permission to start/stop/restart Spectrum services.
