Issue/Introduction

After replacing the certificate in your destination (for this example, your NSX Advanced Load Balancer), the adapter connects successfully but reports "No data receiving".  

Related error message in the specific adapter log (/storage/log/vcops/log/adapters/<ADAPTERNAME>/<latest.log> will be similar to:

Cause

If there is a stale certificate in the database it may cause this issue to occur.

Resolution

Restarting cluster services after replacing the certificate in Aria Operations should clear the issue.  If the issue persists you may need to manually clear the certificate and re-import using the resolution in this article: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleNumber=340657
