Index partition doesn't delete old data in Aria Operations for Logs.

Issue/Introduction

In Aria operations for Log user interface, via -> Log management -> Index partition  In the column Oldest log time does not  update.

When running this command df -h via SSH  using root credentials in Aria Operations for logs node(s), it shows the NFS partition is 99% full.

 

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.x

Resolution

1. The NFS server disk is full.
2. Add disk on NFS server as soon as you can.
3. Take snapshots on all Aria ops for Logs nodes.
4. Reboot all the Aria ops for Log node in vCenter.

Additional Information

The NFS server is not managed by Aria Operations for Logs.  Data Archiving
