Issue/Introduction

The Service Configuration Health on the Dashboard shows some emails were detected as spam with DMARC. Is there a way to see details, such as sender, recipient, title, and etc., of those emails?

You can create a report of spam detection to make a list of the emails with DMARC failure. 

  1. Go to 'Reports' > 'Report Request' and click <Request a new report> button.
  2. Type a Request Name and click <Continue> button.
  3. Select "Email Detailed Report (CSV)" under the "Email Data" category and turn on "Anti Spam". Click "advanced settings' link displayed right side of "Email Detailed Report (CSV)".
  4. Select "DMARC" from the 'Spam Detection Method' dropdown list and click <Add> button.
  5. Click <Continue> button. 
  6. Set the reporting period and schedule and click <Continue> button.
  7. Select how the created report is delivered and specify other options. Click <Continue> button.
  8. Conform the settings of the report and click <Submit request> button.
