How to configure NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET and NLS_CHARACTER_SET in Automation Engine V 24.x

Automation Engine V 24.x 

Cause

Resolution

NLS_CHARACTER_SET has to be AL32UTF8 for V 24.x versions of AE.

And the NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET is not an automic setting. The NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET has to be configured by the your DBA as it's not a UC4 setting.
