Issue/Introduction

XOG fails with error

  <Severity>FATAL</Severity>
       <Description>This record has not been inserted</Description>
       <Exception><![CDATA[
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "org.w3c.dom.Node.getNodeType()" because "node" is null
               at org.jaxen.dom.DocumentNavigator.getChildAxisIterator(DocumentNavigator.java:154)

All Supported Clarity Releases

Resolution

1. There is an element in the XOG which is missing the sub-elements.
2. Ensure all nodes have all the required subnodes and retry the import
