The Site Recovery Manager (SRM) UI appears unresponsive or partially loaded.
The "Reconfigure" or "Reconnect" options in the SRM interface are greyed out, missing, or do not respond when clicked.
Attempting to use the "Reconnect" or "Reconfigure" option repeatedly fails without error messages.
Network connectivity to the SRM server is verified and working properly (no network errors).

For Google Chrome users:
Click the three-dot menu > More tools > Clear browsing data.
Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
Click "Clear data."
Close all Chrome windows and restart the browser.
If the issue persists, try accessing the SRM UI in a different browser or use a private/incognito browsing session.
