No search filter on Certificates page in Fleet Management section

In the VCF Operations UI, Fleet Management >> Certificates page, the search filter is missing.
Environment
VCF Operations 9.0
Resolution
The search filter is located underneath the Common Name dropdown. (See image below for location, highlighted in red)
