Upgrade Coordinator UI is not responding post NSX upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After completing the NSX upgrade, the user interface (UI) fails to reflect the completion status, and the "Next" button remains irresponsive. 

Environment

Cause

The UI is not correctly displaying the upgrade status from the backend, which may occur if the backend process hasn't fully synchronized with the UI.

Resolution

To workaround the issue, follow these steps to ensure the upgrade status is properly reflected and the UI becomes responsive:

1. SSH into the NSX Manager.

2. Check the Upgrade Status:

   • Run the command "get upgrade progress-status", confirm the upgrade is completed and there is no upgrade in progress.
     

3. If no upgrade in progress, run the command "start search resync all".

4. Refresh the browser and check the UI again, it should be responsive.
