Cause
This issue occurs when incorrect credentials (username or password) are provided for the NSX adapter, resulting in a failed authentication.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
In the left navigation pane, go to Administration > Integrations.
Find and select the specific NSX adapter instance that needs to be updated.
Click on Edit to modify the adapter configuration.
In the adapter configuration window, click the pencil icon next to the credentials section to edit the username and password.
Enter the correct username and password for the NSX manager.
After updating the credentials, click Validate Connection.
If prompted to import the associated certificate, click OK to proceed.
Once the credentials are updated and the connection is validated, click Save to apply the new configuration.
After completing these steps, the NSX adapter should be authenticated successfully and show a status of OK.
