Issue/Introduction
Since migration to DX Open Explore, lost super admin access to the tenant. Unable to update user permissions, Super Admin has left the company.
Resolution
Open a ticket with Support@Broadcom for assistance identifying the current Super Admin and/or configuring a user with Super Admin permissions.
- Include previous Super Admin ID or Email, if known.
