Out of the Box Jaspersoft charts mouse over shows differently than actual chart value (comma separators.)

Issue/Introduction

On any Out of the Box Jaspersoft Report that has a chart, the values show without comma separators, but when you mouse over the chart, the values here do have a comma separator.

 

STR:

1.  In Advanced Reporting run the report Capcity vs. Allocation by OBS

    - Chose a Resource OBS Type and then OBS Unit if necessary

   - Make sure you have a large sample so the Capacity will be over 1,000

 

2. Click  Apply to run the report.

 

3.  Observe the value on the pie charts (Capacity by Employment Type and Demand by Employment Type)

 

4.  Mouse over one chart to get the specific values for each series.

    

Expected Result:  The formatting of the values matches (comma separators in both the chart value and the mouse over value)

      

Actual Result:   Comma separator shows in the mouse over value but not on the chart itself.

 

Workaround:  None.
