Network Monitors keep going into the Unknown state

Issue/Introduction

The Network Monitors keep going into the Unknown state in the Enforce console.
Restarting services on the NetMons and Enforce will sometimes restore some or all of the NetMons.
However, those NetMons that are restored do not remain up for long.
They can return to the Unknown state anywhere from less than a day to several weeks.

Environment

This was reported in DLP 16.0 RU1 but could affect any version.

Resolution

Increasing the amount of RAM on the Enforce server resolved this issue.
The Network Monitors connected and have remained up.
