Aria Orchestrator functionality is failing after 'deleting' the embedded integration endpoint

Issue/Introduction

You may observe Orchestrator services failing when updating, creating or editing  Workflows, ABX actions, and Integration endpoint validation credentials.

• 
• The follow logging from 'journalctl -f' , shows the following in the journal logs 

  etcd[3993211]: timed out waiting for read index response (local node might have slow network)

 

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.0

Aria Automation 8.18.1

Aria Automation 8.18.1 + Patch 1

Cause

A mixture of issues may be presented when you observe the above example failures 

Resolution
