When a developer attempts to checkout an object to a model object list and encounters the Y2E0611 error, it indicates a problem with the checkout process itself. This could be due to various factors, such as incorrect permissions, conflicts with other users, or problems with the object itself. Review of the joblog should reveal the error messages shown below.

Cause: An entry could not be made for object surrogate identifier ########## to
model object list ########## in library #######MDL because the list is not currently available.
The Y2E0611 error has been addressed in CA 2E r8.7.4; recommendation is to upgrade to release CA 2E r8.7.4
