Unable to perform retrim on SSDs thin provisioned disk on server running on Windows Server 2019 Datacenter – Error “Not supported”

Issue/Introduction
1. After performing the Storage vMotion from thick provisioned to thin provisioned lun, attempts to retrim the disk fails.
2. Running the command "Optimize-Volume -DriveLetter C -ReTrim –Verbose" fails.
3. Checking the "fsutil fsinfo sectorinfo C:" Trim is not supported and the volume is not thinly provisioned.
4. Checking the virtual-machine.vmdk, it says ddb.thinProvisioned ="1".

Windows Server 2019 Datacenter
Cause
Issue with the migration from old array to the new array.
Resolution
Cloned disk from old array to new array.
Able to run the "Optimize-Volume -DriveLetter C -ReTrim –Verbose" command successfully.
