Issue/Introduction

When trying to create an environment, a product is missing from the list in Aria LCM.

Environment

Aria Lifecycle Manager 8.18

Cause

The datacenter where the desired appliance resides is missing from the Aria LCM environment.

Resolution

Add the datacenter (1) that contains the desired appliance:

Then, refresh the data collection for inventory discovery:

After the inventory discovery is performed, the desired appliance will be made available in the "Create Environment" tab of Aria LCM:
