CMN-0009: Attribute 'xxxxxx' has invalid Lookup Value

Issue/Introduction

CMN-0009: Attribute 'xxxxxx' has invalid Lookup Value error received when editing a parameterized multivalued lookup if this contains an inactive value.

We have an MVL that pulls data from a static lookup. If the MVL contains a selected value that has been inactivated, we are no longer able to modify the content of the MVL field. When editing the field we receive the following error: CMN-0009: Attribute 'xxxxxx' has invalid Lookup Value

This is fixed in Clarity 16.3.2
