Issue/Introduction

VLCR backups failing after upgrade to version 7.27.5.0

Environment

VMware Live Recovery 7.27.5.0

Cause

•  VLCR been upgraded to latest release 7.27.5.0  but your connector VM is running on Legacy OS
• Running Legacy OS with that version is not recommended. 

Resolution

 

•  Please redeploy the connector VM. It will deploy the connector VM with latest Photon OS. 
•  Once they re-deploy the connector VM.
