Scheduled reports downloaded from the UI are appearing as 0 KB and are blank. However, the reports sent via email correctly displays the report. This issue occurs for both PDF and CSV formats. This is only when scheduled reports are downloaded through the UI, while manually running the same report templates works without issue.

The issue was caused by one of the nodes being down. This resulted in the scheduled reports failing when downloaded through the UI, despite being correctly generated and sent via email.
The issue was resolved by bringing the node back online. Once the node was up and running, scheduled reports could be successfully downloaded through the UI without any issues.
