Issue/Introduction

When tried to log into Service Point mobile app by using the SAML Authentication, it shows an error message "Error while processing request. See error logs for details." after redirecting to Service Point app from Microsoft Azure Authentication and a user fails to log into it.

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.4 RU3 and Service Point mobile app 1.7.2

Resolution

The problem can be fixed by Service Desk Management 17.4 RU4 and the latest Service Point app version 1.8 and later.
