Introduction: 

            How do I get the right details for hardware specs for my eHealth environment?

 

Instructions:

            EHealth provides a sizing wizard tool that assists you with hardware specs and recommendations.

The sizing wizard is available for download at support.ca.com.

There is a sizing wizard guide in the eHealth docset (see TEC1878245 for assistance locating the eHealth docset).

The wizard is installed on windows and runs as a webpage.

It will ask questions about element types and numbers and will produce a report with the number of eHealth servers you need and the specs for those machines.
