Upon upgrading from an older DLP version to 16 RU2(16.0.2), values for fields like the recipients field on the incident snapshot page in the Enforce Console are being truncated whereas previously they were not.
DLP version 16 RU2 and later
This is working as designed. Starting in DLP version 16 RU2 the incident snapshot pages in the Enforce Console use the new updated UI. One of the features of the new UI for the incident snapshot page is that long field values will be truncated. A plus(+) symbol appears next to the truncated value that the user can use to expand out the field.
Refer to the section titled "Updates to Incident Snapshots" on the Enforce Server Features in Data Loss Prevention 16.0.2 TechDoc page.
As this is an intended feature with the 16 RU2 upgrade you cannot change this behavior. However, as a temporary workaround, users are given the ability to revert back to the previous incident snapshot UI pages. Refer to TechDoc Toggle Incident Snapshot Pages.
Keep in mind, the ability to revert back was deprecated in 16.1 and will be removed in the next major DLP release.
Refer to the section titled "Deprecated Support" on the Removed and Deprecated Features in Data Loss Prevention 16.1 TechDoc page.
Although this change in 16 RU2 is working as designed, the feature was improved in DLP 16.1 so that users only have to press the plus(+) button once to fully expand the list, you will not have to hit plus a second time as in 16 RU2.
