Processing Grid Error when turning on data sources and Data Sources so No Data Being Received in the UI

Issue/Introduction

When you log in the UI and select Settings / Infrastructure and Support on the lower part of the page on the Platform node(s) you see the following error:

Processing Grid

Some of the data could not be processed due to a problem with the system.

Dropped Message: com.vnera.model.cisco.aci.CONTRACT.config Size: 16.56MB

Resolution:  If this message persists, Please contact support.

Environment

Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.1
Aria Operations for Networks 6.13.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.0

Cause

The default configuration size is 15MB and this has been exceeded by the data source.

Broadcom Support can provide a workaround to increase the configuration size to accommodate larger data source(s).

Resolution

If you have encountered this issue, ensure you  DO NOT perform any manual reboot procedure of Platform Node(s).

1. Open a support case with Broadcom Support to review your Aria Operations for Networks deployment. For more information, see Creating and managing Broadcom support cases. 
2. Generate and upload new logs from all Platform nodes for review
3. Provide a screen shot with the exact error message in full detail 
4. Provide screen shot of Data Source showing No Data being Received
