Protection Groups are missing in SRM GUI and the following error or similar is presented:
No entry found in states map for [active,active]! Check if PG direction is calculated correctly, and if new map entry must be added!
Site Recovery Manager 8.x
Live Site Recovery 9.x
Protection Group state mapping between Protection site and Recovery Site is inconsistent and is not in the correct "Active/Shadowing" format between Protected and Recovery sites.
Generally caused by SRM service crashing during a recovery plan or by restoring one side from backup and not the other side at the same time.
