Campaign Status Not Complete when reviewers are done

Issue/Introduction

Reviewers have completed their work and individually show 100% completed, but the campaign does not reach 100%.

There are a variety of scenarios in which campaigns do not complete when there are two or more reviewers either sharing work or reassigning work.

 

Resolution

Resolved by hotfix  HF-DE609227_35393713.

The fix must be applied on top of 14.5.1 (IG 14.5 SP1) and is planned for inclusion in CHF02.
