Lookup Invalid Warning on XOG Import in Clarity

Issue/Introduction

Importing a XOG object, having warnings in the output, example errors

• Lookup Value (10) for attribute: z_change_portfolio Is Invalid
• Lookup Value ( z_value) for attribute: z_milestone_type Is Invalid
  
  

Upon checking the lookup in Clarity - Lookups, the values are there, so it's expected the XOG to update them

Environment

All Supported Clarity Releases

Cause

The lookup values are set to Inactive in the lookup properties

Resolution

1. Connect to Clarity - Administration - Lookups - open the lookup
2. In Values, make sure the values are set to Active
3. Reimport the XOG
4. If required, after import, you may set the values to Inactive once again
