Save As in Process does not keep access rights

Issue/Introduction

A user has an existing process that multiple users have full access rights to.  When the user clicks 'Save As' everything seems to save correctly however the users that were added to have full access are removed.

Resolution

This is working as designed.  The Save As only saves the process information and not the access rights information.
