Issue/Introduction

1 Unable to export OVF Template from vSphere Client.

2 Operation failed with “Failed to log into uri=http://localhost:1080/cls/” Error :




3 Export OVF Teamplate from ESXi host client task completed without any problem.

VMware vCenter Server 8

Cause

Content Library service was stopped:

Resolution

1 Log in vCSA and start content library service:



2 Re-run the OVF export operation.
