'Total Budgeted Capital Cost' is populated only for some records

Issue/Introduction

• 'Total Budgeted Capital Cost' is displayed in Projects
• However, when looking at the Data Warehouse, not all these Projects have this data there
• Table being checked in DWH: dwh_inv_summary_facts
• Relevant column: bdgt_cap_cost

Cause

Some of these investments have Start Dates that are before the From date of the Fiscal Time Slices.

Resolution

Extending of Fiscal Time Slices is possible. But this has to be done in a non-production system. Performance impacts must to closely observed before implementing in Production.
